I know weird dreams have been talked about but mine are freaking me out

For the past 2 nights I've had a dream that I've had a m/c. I'm sure its my subconscious coming out at night and my fear of losing the baby and what not, but it's making me freak out slightly. I know that dreams don't predict the future or anything but I can't help thinking, "What if it's a sign?"
