Am I going crazy?

I had my first u/s Oct 21. I was measuring at 6wks 1 day and my baby had a heartrate of 129 (is that normal?) I wake up in the wee hours of the morning with cramps (from having to pee so bad) I had cramps cramps on and off in the evening (is that normal?) This is my first pregnancy so I am confused about whats going on with me. My gums are swollen, I am bloated, My mood swings are out of this world, I get nausea but no morning sickness (except one day). I feel like my body is NEVER the right temperature and I NEVER get enough sleep. Is this all normal or Am I losing my mind?
