Early U/S Tomorrow

So tomorrow DH and I are headed to the doctor for my first u/s...I will be 5 weeks and 4 days according to my LMP. We are headed in before my originally scheduled appointment because I had some cramping on one side (which has since gone away and only lasted a few hours) and some spotting on Sunday. I have had betas done (14DPO-200, 16 DPO-564, 23DPO-7,796) which my doctor says are good but they still scheduled me for an u/s. I am so nervous and excited all at the same time. Anyone else had an u/s this early? What should I expect?
