T's and P's please

I went to the bathroom this afternoon while at kohls and wiped and there was a lot of bright red blood. I immediatly went to the car and called the doctor. I'm having no cramping at all. I am having a little pain just to the right of my belly button. The on call doctor called back and said if i'm not losing too much blood then all they cna do is have me rest. Take tylenol for pain and just rest. if i start losing too much blood then go to the hospital. I come home from kohls and go to the bathroom and the blood is gone. No blood was flowing into the toilet, it was only when i wiped. Praying it's nothing and I continue to have a healthy pregnancy. Very worried though.
