Am I being ridiculous?

I'm seriously worried about cleaning the bathrooms. And they pretty much all need to be cleaned, but I'm really worried about fumes from cleaning chemicals. I know some people say to use vinegar and water, but the smell of that when I'm not pregnant makes me nauseous let alone now that I am. Any body else having the same fear or am I being utterly ridiculous?
