Need advice..

Ok, so I told my immediate manager about my PG, however she has a big mouth and told 2 of the other managers in my dept without my consent. I have an interview on friday for a different position within my same dept at work. I am meeting with my head boss (don't know if he has heard the news or not) & also with one of the other managers that my manager told. (Sorry this sounds really confusing)

Anywho.. I guess before the interview starts I will need to spills the beans to both, right? Also, what should I wear. I don't need to dress all snazzy, right? I mean they already have seen what I wear on a day to day basis for the past 4 years..
