Anyone else with migraines in 1st trimester????

I am 5 wks 4 days and had a migraine which has happened with each of my pregnancies in the 1st trimester on a regular basis. 

Does anyone else out there experience this and do you have any suggestions on latest treatment?  I called OB office but they haven't returned my call.  The only way I can help relieve it is to take a warm bath but I am worried if I get one while driving or away from home.  I lose partial vision and have "dancing lights" then I get sick and have the worst headache after that.

Hope someone has a suggestion on the newest treatment!!!!
