WWYD?

So I posted about how I am spotting and since I'm now having tons of little clots, I'm very concerned. I want to call the Dr. but am at work and I work with my sister (whom I am very close to) so I can't really sneak a call since she would know something is up.

DH and I haven't told anyone about this pregnancy (we want to wait t'ill 7 weeks to tell family and then 12 weeks to tell everyone else) and since DH works away and works nights, I cannot call him or text him. I'm wondering if I should just tell my sister about the pregnancy (she wouldn't tell anyone I'm sure of it) so she can give me some advice and I actually have someone to talk to about this? I don't think DH would be mad if I did either.. I don't know, I just think with all the blood that I am getting and now the clots, it's not looking too good and it bugs me that I cannot talk to anyone about it.
