Starting a new job with m/s

So I was told I got my new job a couple months ago and have been waiting to find out my start date. There were some budget issues so it was delayed and I found out a week after getting my bfp that I start next week. Kind of funny since we'd been trying for so long to get pregnant and was even told to look into in vitro just a month ago and I actually applied for this job back in May. I kept telling my husband everything would happen at once and sure enough it did. Anyways, the last couple days I've been getting morning sickness all morning long and been feeling like crap until the afternoon. Anyone have any suggestions on how to deal with this... I don't want to tell my work until at least 10 weeks.
