Prenatals- What do you recommend?

I'm almost out of my bottle of prenatals. I was using NatureMade brand. It appears to have all the recommended levels of nutrients, but I'm still wondering if maybe I should switch to a different brand when it runs out. It does occasionally make me nauseous, so I typically take it right before bed. What is everyone else using?
