weird dream RE: gender?

I had a really strange dream last night, and I'm hoping it's a sign...one can hope.

I dreamt that my youngest daughter and about a 2 month old baby boy were in a raft at a wave pool (like what you'd see at a waterpark) and they were having so much fun...when the baby boy fell out and sunk to the bottom of the pool.  The lifeguard swam down and picked him up and then put him down beside the pool and didn't know cpr, so I had to resussitate him.  He perked up and all was good.  Sign that I'm having a boy?  One can hope!  So weird!
