Finally a great Dr. appointment! Spotting continues...

1st appt (pg confirmation) went awful.  Urine test was negative and had an insensitive Dr. that pretty much made me feel dumb for thinking I was pregnant and said to expect my period any day.

2nd appt last Monday (about 6w) - midwife could not find baby on the u/s at all and gave me little hope.

Today, u/s tech found our little baby on both abdominal and transvaginal u/s right away!  Saw the heartbeat - 133bpm - amazing feeling!  She dated me at 6w5d...2 days off from what I thought but that's no shocker since my cycle was slightly irregular.

Excited to share good news finally after a few uneasy ones the past few weeks!  Oh, and the (brown) spotting has visited literally every other day for the past week. I was told this is common around 6-8w as the placenta gets firmly implanted and the baby settles in better. I'll take it for now!
