Anyone else have type 0 negative blood?

I got a call from my OB today that said that my lab work came back good, except for my hemoglobin levels which were slightly low, so they wanted me to go get some more blood drawn. I'm used to my level being low, so that was no big deal. I went in and the nurse called me into a room, which was odd to me since I thought I was just picking up a lab slip.

She told me that my blood type came back as O negative, which many women have, but can severely complicate pregnancy because the baby will not have the same blood type as I do and my body will basically try to rid itself of the baby. She told me that if I start bleeding to come in or go to the ER immediately because it could turn into an emergency very quickly. (She said they'd give me a shot of something or other to make the bleeding stop.)

I may be overreacting, but man she made me so nervous. I constantly look to make sure there's no blood when I wipe and now I feel like I'm going to be going absolutely nuts worrying.
