racking my brain... would love some suggestions

DH and I haven't told anyone that we are expecting.  We plan on telling my family and his family separate.  This is the first grandchild on both sides and we want to make it very special and creative. 

We will be telling my family over Thanksgiving (we will all be together at a ranch for thanksgiving).  I feel like I've hit a mental road block for ideas.  The only thing I can think of is giving them each an ornament with their new title, for example "Aunt 2012" or something like that. 

Does anyone else have any other creative ideas.  Not worried about cost.
