Is it normal to not feel pregnant?

I am 6 weeks pregnant and my first doctor's appointment is next week. I am hoping it will feel more real after that, because it currently does not feel real. I keep telling myself I am pregnant but it's like I almost don't believe it anymore. I had some symptoms a few weeks ago (sore boobs, cramping, peeing a lot) but now I don't have any symptoms, other than being tired which I am always tired. Is anyone else feeling this way?? When do you finally "believe" or "feel" you are pregnant??
