Really confused about how far I am?

Now I know i cant know anything till my first ultrasound but according to my last period (September 10/11) i am exactly 6weeks today but when i gave the doctor all my info to confirm my pregnancy they gave me a due date of June 19th only making me about 5weeks 4days (please note i did not have an ultra sound yet at the doctor) I also had my first positive pregnancy test a week ago on September 15th
