so I might be crazy but...

I am getting super paranoid that I'm really not feeling any "symptoms." I'm just under 7 weeks, and while last week I had some pretty serious cramping, I feel nothing now! Well, nothing other than sore breasts. I know I probably shouldn't be complaining...but after reading how many people are experiencing M/S, heartburn, exhaustion, etc...I'm starting to wonder if I should be feeling something! Anyone else this far along and not really feeling much of anything?
