Blighted ovum question

Sorry if this is a silly question, but I am just trying to learn as much as possible.  If you have a blighted ovum, could your bloodwork look like a normal pregnancy? Or would levels be lower?

I am incredibly paranoid about everything (although I'm trying not to be) and my bloodwork shows all of my levels rising but at my only u/s all we saw was a sac.  The u/s tech said that was because it was so early, but I will be concerned until I see it growing with a hb.
