Tilted Ute/Avoid Exercise & Sex???

My doctor also said that my ute was tilted backwards.  I've been holding off exercise since bfp.  Thank God, because he said sex/running could be fatal for the baby.  This really freaks me out.  How would you know you had this if before you went to the doctor & continued your regular exercise?  I know many who are PGAL will always wonder, but I'm wondering if this may have been the cause of my previous m/c?
