Burning Stomach

Not sure any of you have experienced this.. It doesn't seem to be "heartburn" from what I've read but it's a real burning feeling in my stomach - almost like when you are really hungry but this is like 10 times worse... its above my navel not below where the female stuff is... I haven't experienced heartburn before (even in pregnancy) so maybe this is just what it is.  I can't even lay down tho, man it hurts...  I DID have mexican food for lunch... I hope it goes away, I've going on 3 hours now.
