Advice, please!

I am having dinner tonight with a friend - one of those friends who you don't see alot, but who you are pretty close to anyway.  The last time we got together was just prior to my BFP, and we spent most of the time kvetching about TTC and about dealing with jealousy toward friends who were already expecting, etc.

I would like to come clean and let her know I'm pregnant.  (She already has an adorable son, but is really ready for her second child.  This would be my first child.  We have both experienced past m/c's, which is a bond between us).  

Do you think I should tell her?  Do you think I should wait?
