Co-worker belly comment

This morning one of my closest friend co workers told me I "look so cute with a little baby belly!" 

I tried to explain to her that its just fat from all the garbage-y foods I have been eating (because junk food is the only thing remotely appetizing) and bloat, but she is convinced it's the baby.  Oh well I guess I should just let people believe that, it's better than them thinking I'm just getting fat.
