I'm jealous of all you ladies and your appointments.  I don't go for my 1st appointment until November 2nd.  My doctor typically doesn't want to see you until you've missed two periods.  I've been told the appt will be boring too.  Only a routine exam and blood work.  I won't have an u/s until 11-13 weeks (which I'm OK with because by then it should look like a baby) - although, I'm hoping to maybe get one earlier because of my chances for twins.
