Hot Flashes Anyone?

For about the past week and a half I have been having horrible hot flashes! They mainly come early in the morning (4am). I wake up feeling extremely hot so I kick off the blankets and just lay under the fan. I keep my house super cold and always sleep with a light blanket and a fan so I know it's not a difference in the climate. It's just really annoying because when I wake up with them so early I usually feel super sick to my stomach as well. Anyone else having this happen?
