A little concerned...

I'm a little concerned about my disappearance of symptoms and not sure if I should call the dr.  Last week, I had constant nausea and sore breasts.  This week...nothing!!  I haven't had any cramps or spotting but I still worry that maybe the baby quit growing and producing more hcg since my symptoms have gone away.  Any of you experience this or have any insight?  Oh how I wish my constant worries would go away!
