Anyone pregnant and not glowing or always bouncing happy?

I have my moments of happiness but I'm tired, achy, have back pain and not all that hungry with a nausea feeling that never turns into anything so I don't feel "glowy" like I hear all women are/should be like. I'm 34 and this is my first child so what gives. I still work all day but I have NO energy and most of the time I want to nap. I'm not glowing or ecstatic. Is that wrong? I'm not ungrateful I just know how much we have to prepare and we both work all day. I just can't get into this 'baby bug' mood.
