unreasonable fear?

Last month my SIL gave birth at 24 weeks and the baby didn't make it. Part of me is scared to death that something will happen to this pregnancy and that I'll miscarry or the baby won't have a hb, so on. The reasonable part of me is saying that this is just an unreasonable fear, and I guess hormonal me is scared to tears over the idea.
