After 24+ hours of anxiety...

I just got great news!  My midwife called and said my beta came back at 21,000 (it was 162 exactly 14 days prior).  She said things are progressing perfectly according to my numbers.

Still not sure why she couldn't find ANYTHING on the ultrasound at 6 weeks...but for now I'm just going to assume their old ultrasound machine sucks.  Still can't wait to see our little bean and his/her heartbeat though!

After 2 discouraging and worrisome OB visits in a row, I'm really really hoping that next week's appointment will turn my fear of going to the Dr.s office around for good...
