Concerned about ms at work

So maybe this is just going to be a whiny post. Today I started feeling the nausea and am worried that it's just a matter of time before I throw up. Problem is, I work in an open cube environment so can't really use my trash can without the people sitting around me noticing. And our bathroom is large with several stalls. Again, can't really cover it up if someone else is in the bathroom. And 9 times out of 10 if I run into someone heading to the bathroom at the same time as me, I know them.

I'm really not ready to share my secret yet, but I'm worried that there's no discreet way for me to get sick at work, unless I just happen to have impeccable timing. But I certainly won't be that lucky for the next however many weeks this will continue...
