To flag football, or not to flag football...

So, we're in a coed flag football league that we joined before getting our BFP. I'm trying to decide if I should play this weekend or not. It's usually pretty tame, and the exercise could be good for me, but I have definitely been knocked down before on accident (or sometimes not so accident, depending on how cutthroat the other team is). There's also the issue of catching the football - since I'm a petite person with tiny hands, pretty much the only way I can catch it is to bring it into my whole body. DH usually plays QB, so I suppose I could always just not have him throw it to me. No one else knows. WWYD?
