not so good ultrasound

I just had my 1st ultrasound. My dr said I am 6wks2days along but at the ultrasound there was just a sac and egg yolk - the tech said I'm measuring at 5wks5days. I'm hoping maybe I just ovulated late but I'm not sure how possible that is because this is a clomid baby. I never got a positive OPK so I'm actually not 100% when I ovulated. Anyone else measuring behind? Or have any advice/encouragement? My progesterone dropped last week too so I'm pretty nervous.
