Would you buy a used breast pump?

My sister let me borrow her $300 breast pump when I had DD, and I will obviously need it for DD2, but she found out this weekend she is pregnant too!  Our LO's will be 5 months apart, which means she will need her pump back before I'm done with it, so I've been looking online for used pumps.

If I replace all of the tubing and shields, and anything milk touches, would it be okay to buy used? Am I missing any health concerns? I really just need the motor part.I don't want to get anything too cheap, because ideally we will be having #3 in a few years and don't want to have to buy yet another.
