Not nausea but...

My stomach just kind of aches this morning.  It also isn't exactly heartburn, but maybe closer to that.  My whole abdomen just feels "full."

I also have that feeling down there that AF is on the way.

 Boobs are still sore though and no spotting.

I'm a little unsettled by the article I read last night that said m/c usually happens many days before any real signs show up.  I need to step away from Google.
