Wine tasting??

So, I'm going to see some friends in a couple weeks, and one suggested doing a two hour wine tasting class. I figure I can either go, listen, learn, and not actually drink, or just sip and spit. Does anyone think the latter would be a problem when pregnant?

Oh, and none of them know I'm pregnant, but I would be OK telling them beforehand so they don't think it's weird that I'm spitting out or not tasting at all.
