Anyone waiting til Christmas to tell family?

Hubby and I live over 10 hours away from our families. We really want to tell our families in person our good news! We don't have plans to go home til Christmas so we were thinking of waiting til then. It is going to be a super hard secret to keep. I should be about 14 weeks by then. I think we might get a picture frame that says something about babies or grandparents or something cute like that and put a ultrasound picture in it.

Anyone else waiting and how do you plan on telling family? Would love to hear more ideas!!
