Any advice on telling in laws?

About our unplanned pregnancy.. DS, who is 7 months was very much planned. We tried for a year and  a half and everyone was extremely happy.  This pregnancy was not planned, we are very happy about it though..it is a little sooner than we would have liked but we will handle it

We wont be telling anyone for awhile, but I am wondering how we should tell the in laws.  Its mostly FIL and DH's grandma that we aren't too excited to tell. They are both real downers and even when we told them about DS there was sooo much negative that came from them.

Does anyone have any advice?
