new...& Im a first timer!

So I took a pregnancy test on Thursday actually I took more like 4! & they say I am pregnant and we are SUPER excited! My first dr. appt is Wednesday the 19 & I was just wondering what to expect? I really want to wait until I see a heartbeat to tell anyone but its really hard for me to keep a secret so we will see! I am really excited to be here on this board and talking to ladies who are pretty much exactly where I am in pregnancy! using the bump due date it says Im due June 16!
