Anyone with an Ovarian cyst? Sharpish pains...

When I was consulting an RE about fertility testing last month, I ended up getting an ultrasound that showed I had a 7cm cyst on my left Ovary. She was going to monitor it next month to see if it went away, but alas, I got pregnant that cycle and switched back to the OB! (Well, won't see the OB for another 2 weeks)

I've read enough that I'm not too concerned about it's existence, but I'm starting to feel little zaps of (what feels like) electric shocks in that area. I've felt some pinches before in the past, but some of these have me saying "ow!" out loud...

Should I be concerned? Anyone else have a cyst making itself known?
