Morning:
Eggs and a side of fresh fruit
Snack:
Yogurt (probiotic) or fresh fruit
Lunch:
Salad or steamed veggies with a lean protein (chicken)
Snack:
Almonds
Dinner:
Lean protein or lean meat with veggies
Dessert:
Small indulgence (scoop of ice cream/pudding)
