Breaking the news to your evil sister-in-law??!?

My husbands sister showed up at our wedding and told him that he was making the biggest mistake of his life.  3 years of dating, 1 year of engagment, and 1 year of marriage later....she's realizing that I'm not that bad and I'm NOT going to leave.  So how do you break the news to someone like this that you are expecting?  I don't want to start world war 2 in their family again.  We think she'll be okay with it, but we also think she'll be upset if she's the last one to know.  But we want to tell her soon before she finds out from someone else....that would be bad.
