Telling family - WWYD

We were all set to tell my immediate family tomorrow because my dad was going to be home (he works out of state for weeks at a time).  I just found out my dad's travel plans changed so he isn't coming home anymore.  Do we still tell and then call my dad or wait two more weeks?  My family knows all about my IF problems so it's been really hard lying to them for two weeks and this will be the first time we see them in person since our BFP. I wanted to wait to tell in person and when we're all together but keeping the secret is killing me! WWYD?
