subchorionic hematoma

Doctor called back with my u/s results from Wednesday. (my doctor orders the u/s at the hospital and reviews the recording later)

The spotting I have been experiencing is due to a small subchorionic hematoma.  It should resolve itself, but until it does I am on complete pelvic rest and lifting restrictions.  I am relieved to know to where the spotting is coming from, but am sad that I can not lift my DD Sad

Anyone else have any experience with a subchorionic hematoma?
