cyst on ovary!?!?!

Even though I had a great u/s and saw a heartbeat, the dr. said I have a cyst on the ovary that the baby came from. He said it would go away and most women get them when they get pregnant. He wasn't worried at all but I can't help but to be. Is this normal? Did any of you have one?
