Back Pain?

For the past 24 hours Ive been having severe upper back pain. Right between my shoulder blades. I cant sit, stand, lay down or find any comfortable position. I feel like someone shoved a knife into my back.Is this normal!? Im lucky right now as I dont have any ms, just fatigue and occasional nausea. I have no cramps no lower back pain. It almost feels as if Ive simply pulled soemthing.

Im 4 weeks 5 days along.
