Furbabies... Do they know?

Do you think your dogs or cats know something is up? Our dog clung to me throughout my first pregnancy. Other than a BFP, the other confirmation for us is that over the past 2 weeks, the dog has been snuggling up to me way more than usual. He definitely senses something is going on.
