weird question I'm embarassed to ask....

So I'm with you guys, 6 weeks and 2 days.  I've been having very steamy dreams, if you know what I mean.  I wont give specifics, but one involved super man, no joke.  I'm actually having "special moments" from these dreams, without doing anything, I just wake up and realize I had one.  The problem is that it makes me feel all crampy, and it sort of hurts, like a menstral cramp.  I'm just wondering if I need to worry about this.  I would ask my doc but I have a male doc and I'd be more than a little bit embarassed to broach the subject.
