Do Your Symptoms Come and Go?

I'm just about 6 1/2 weeks into my first pregnancy, so everything is confusing to me!  I started experiencing m/s and extreme fatigue about a week ago, and had real sore boobs for the first couple of weeks, but everything seems to come and go... some days the m/s is awful, other days it's manageable or hardly there. Some nights I sleep 10 or 12 hours, other times I'm up and about after just 6!  Are others experiencing this?  Same thing with my appetite, I never know when or what I'm going to want (or be able) to eat!  Thoughts?
