Question for Teachers (or any working girl)

Just wondering what your school'sbusiness's policy is regarding maternity leave/STD.  In my school, you have to use up your sick days before STD kicks in. If I give birth on my due date, my sick days will be used up by the last day of school. Then I would get the whole summer off, and if I choose to stay out longer, can take up to 12 weeks receiving about 2/3 of my pay.

Has anyone given any thought to their plans yet?
