What are some things you included in your divorce decree ( re: visitation, parenting plan, CS) that you are glad you did? I'm trying to get all my ducks in a row.

 Some things I've read on various boards, but my atty didn't include in the proposal are 1. If I have to take XH to court for CS, that he should pay legal fees. 2. What % of medical expenses (after insurance) we each should be responsible for LO's medical expenses. 3. That XH should continue to have LO on his insurance as long as he is a minor. 4. LO's birthday-How the time will be split.
