Just told my mil

So my mil was upset the last time I didn't tell her until I mc. So today she just showed up so I put my son in his shirt that said I'm going to be a big brother. She didn't seem to happy. And I'm still nervous I might mc with this one I'm only 4 weeks and 2 days I think I should have waited. Oh well I am pregnant today and I hope to stay that way!
